A healing blend of yoga, sound bath, and Reiki in a transformative 75-minute session. This offering combines mindful movement, soothing sound vibrations, partner work, and energy healing to help you release tension, restore balance, and tap into your body’s innate ability to heal.

Jillian is a phenomenal instructor. She went above and beyond to find a peaceful and relaxing location on the beach in the heart of PR. If you are staying in San Juan, or anywhere nearby I highly recommend you join this experience. She is also qualified to individualize the session according to your physical means. If you are a beginner, like me, don’t be afraid to join. Jillian was amazing!
