I created this space after years of walking through grief alone — losing my mother at 21, navigating ancestral trauma, and reclaiming myself through somatics.

As a somatic empowerment grief guide, I bring both heart and humor into this work because healing isn’t all deep and dark — it also needs light, joy, and moments that make your spirit feel a little lighter.
