The practice
Thai yoga massage moves you the way you'd move yourself in a deep stretch, except someone else is doing the work. Palming, thumbing, and rocking along the Sen lines — the body's energetic pathways — loosen fascia and joints while assisted postures open the hips, spine, and shoulders. It's slower than a typical massage and closer to being guided through a very good, very passive yoga practice. Sessions are done fully clothed, on a padded mat on the floor.

The Reset

A focused session on one or two problem areas — neck and shoulders, hips, or low back. Good for a lunch-break reset or a first taste of the work.

The Full Line

Enough time to work the full body along the major Sen lines — legs, hips, back, arms, and neck — with room for a few deeper assisted stretches.

The Deep Unwind

Full-body work at an unhurried pace, with extended time for the deepest holding patterns and a closing stillness period to let the nervous system settle.

What to wear
Loose, comfortable clothing you can move in — think yoga wear. No oils are used, so nothing to worry about staining.
Where it happens
On a floor mat, in-studio or at your location in the NY area or Puerto Rico. Let me know your preference when booking.

This work involves assisted stretching and gentle joint movement — mention any injuries or limitations beforehand so the session can be adapted.
