IN THIS LESSON

In this session, we’ll explore grief through four bodies:

The physical body, which holds sensations and tension

The intellectual body, which holds thoughts, stories, and memories

The emotional body, which holds sadness, longing, anger, and relief

The spiritual body, which holds connection, meaning, and belief

Each body experiences grief differently. By exploring each, we can witness how grief lives inside us and create space for it to flow rather than remain stuck.

    • How have I experienced grief in each of my four bodies?

    • How has my grief differed across various losses?

    • Which body feels most alive in my grief right now?

    • Are there bodies where grief feels “stuck” or dormant?
