Almost immediately after losing my Mom, I threw myself into retreats and workshops, especially those centered around women's empowerment. Attending them proved vital in my grief-healing process. Without them, I wouldn’t know the power within myself and I definitely wouldn’t know the power within community.

My workshops and retreats are curated based on methodologies that have worked for me, methodologies that have transformed me. In these workshops and retreats, we integrate yoga, pranayama, writing, and sharing to move beyond emotional pain. This is mainly done through transformational breath and intimate connection with self and others.
